Upon arrival, the room was ready promptly at 14:00, even though we arrived earlier. The view of the river from the room's terrace was perfect for enjoying a cold beer and some sun. However, we experienced a strong sewage smell on the first night, which was quite unpleasant for a party of three.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had an excellent view of the Golden Horn even though the carpets were stained and the AC was worn out. The staff, especially Firat, provided exceptional service that made our trip great. However, some rooms had no view at all, which was quite disappointing.
The hotel is situated in a location close to the city center but not the nicest district. The rooms had some issues with cleanliness as the floor carpets were stained, but they offer air conditioning. The staff, especially front desk Ozan, were friendly and helpful, although the service was lacking in room change assistance. Special thanks to Mr Furkan, Mr Omar, Mr Cenar, and Mr Nazmi for their efforts to ensure guest satisfaction. The dining options were varied and reasonably-priced, providing a good selection of products. The location, unfortunately, is far from main tourist attractions, but it's near transportation stops. Overall, a mixed experience with some positive and negative aspects.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The rooms were immaculate, with exceptional house cleaning and a fantastic view of the Golden Horn. The staff, especially Firat, provided excellent service and made our trip truly great. However, the balcony needs replacing as it seemed a bit worn out and could use an upgrade.
My stay at the hotel in Istanbul was an overall pleasant experience with spacious rooms offering lovely city views, although the location was quite far from major attractions. The service was positive, particularly with the male staff, and the dining experience was quite good. The facilities were satisfactory, but the distance from the city center could be a drawback.
The hotel offers a mesmerizing sea view with clean, comfortable rooms and helpful staff. However, the location is not the most exciting, and dining options could be more varied.
